The end of the year is often a time to reflect on the past year and to make plans for the new year. So, before we ring in the new year, we would like to share a few words by CEO Bert Sutter with you:

"We live in fast-paced times. Without creative change, an organization will wither away over time. This is why even the tried and tested needs to evolve into a new and better shape to remain relevant: Transformation is what is required. In our company, much is happening these days and things will be in flux for years to come. A piece of artwork created by the painter Anna-Katharina Rintelen is hanging on my office wall and bears the title "Transformation". It serves as a motto and perennial reminder of the need for change.

With these words, I would like to say thank you to everyone who has been our partner and companion on the road of transformation this year. Wishing you a successful year 2019 accompanied by many good changes!"
